Cookie policy
This site shows a notice, not a consent banner. Here is the difference, and what is stored, with names and durations.

Sin completar. Faltan los datos identificativos que exige el artículo 10 de la LSSI-CE. Se rellenan en src/lib/legal.ts, en el bloque HOLDER. Hasta entonces esta página no cumple.
Why it tells you rather than asks you
The only things stored in your browser are preferences you chose by pressing a button. European rules exempt from consent whatever is strictly necessary to deliver the service the user asked for, and a language preference is precisely that.
So the box in the corner informs you but does not ask: a Reject button would have nothing to switch off. If you pressed it, the site would still have to remember your language in order to work.
There are no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies. If that ever changed, there would be real consent before anything was set.
What is stored
foia-locale — our own cookie. Holds the language you chose (EN, ES or VA) so the server renders the page in it. Lasts one year. Without it the site would fall back to English on every visit.
foia-theme — not a cookie but browser local storage, and it never travels to the server. Holds whether you prefer light or dark. Stays until you clear your browser data.
How to remove them
Clear site data in your browser settings. The site will still work — it will simply go back to the default language and theme.
